FormFit is a fitness application developed by Bilal. This Privacy Policy explains how FormFit accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use the FormFit Android application.

Depending on the features you use, FormFit may process information including:
Authentication is provided using Supabase. Passwords are submitted to the authentication service for account authentication. FormFit does not store your password in plain text within the application.
FormFit uses your device camera to analyze exercise movement and estimate body pose during workouts.
Camera frames used for pose detection are processed locally on your device. FormFit does not record, store, or upload workout camera video or camera frames to FormFit servers, Supabase, Firebase, or other third parties.
Camera access is used only while features requiring pose detection are being used and is subject to the camera permission that you control through your Android device settings.
Regular workout history is stored locally on your device. This may include exercise type, repetitions, valid hold time, tracking quality, workout state, and completion time.
When you participate in FormFit online challenges or VS matches, exercise scores and match information are transmitted to FormFit's backend so that the match, challenge results, and leaderboard features can operate.
If you choose a profile photo for online community features, FormFit may resize and upload that image to Supabase Storage so it can be displayed as part of your FormFit profile.
Providing a profile photograph is optional.
FormFit can optionally send notifications for friend challenges. If you enable challenge notifications, FormFit uses Firebase Cloud Messaging.
A Firebase messaging token and an app installation identifier may be associated with your FormFit account so that challenge notifications can be delivered to your device.
You can disable these notifications from FormFit or your Android notification settings.
FormFit includes an optional setting called "Share crash reports." Crash reporting is disabled by default.
If you voluntarily enable this option, Firebase Crashlytics may process technical diagnostic information such as crash information, application state, device information, operating-system information, and other technical information needed to diagnose software errors.
FormFit does not intentionally attach workout camera images or workout recordings to crash reports.
You can turn crash-report sharing off again within FormFit.
FormFit displays advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). FormFit also uses Google's User Messaging Platform to provide advertising privacy and consent choices where applicable.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate network information, ad interactions, and related technical information for advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
The exact advertising data processed may depend on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's advertising policies. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy .
FormFit uses third-party service providers to operate certain features:

FormFit does not sell your personal information.
Information may be processed by the service providers described above when necessary to provide FormFit's features.
Some information that you intentionally make part of FormFit's community features may be visible to other FormFit users according to your profile and leaderboard settings. This may include your display name, username, profile photo, challenge information, and leaderboard results.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce legal rights, protect users, investigate abuse or fraud, or protect the security of FormFit.
FormFit uses encrypted HTTPS connections for network communications. Access to cloud account data is authenticated, and FormFit uses access controls intended to limit access to authorized users and services.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by FormFit.
You can delete your FormFit account directly inside the app.
Open FormFit → Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.
Deleting your account removes your FormFit authentication account and associated cloud application data, including associated profile and social/challenge data.
Your uploaded FormFit profile photo is removed as part of the account-deletion process.
Workout history stored locally on your device is separate from your cloud account. You can delete local workout history using FormFit's Clear history option. Local application data can also be removed by clearing FormFit's app data or uninstalling the app.
If you no longer have access to the FormFit app, you can request deletion of your FormFit account and associated cloud data by emailing iamxyzcreator@gmail.com with the subject FormFit Account Deletion Request.
We may need to verify that you own the account before completing an email-based deletion request.
Cloud account information is generally retained while your FormFit account remains active or for as long as necessary to provide the relevant feature.
When your account is deleted, associated active FormFit cloud data is deleted subject to technical, security, legal, and legitimate service-provider retention requirements.
Locally stored workout information remains on the device until you clear the relevant history, clear application data, or uninstall FormFit.
You can control several types of data processing from FormFit or Android settings, including:
FormFit is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when FormFit's features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
